TrustAIby Bonis Systems
Forensic analysis for trust, estate, and fiduciary disputes

Every professional role a trust dispute needs.
One case-aware platform.
Knox-anchored to Bitcoin.

TrustAI replaces the fragmented network of attorneys, forensic CPAs, tax preparers, valuation experts, mediators, and fiduciary auditors that a single trust dispute typically requires — and it records every analytical step on an immutable, federally-aligned audit trail.

Core Capabilities

What the platform does

Multi-mode analytical engine

Legal, forensic accounting, tax (Forms 1041, 1065, 1120-S, 1040), valuation, fiduciary review, court filing preparation, mediation, entity mapping, timeline reconstruction, communication drafting, and professional triage.

Cross-validation on every output

Every analysis is independently reviewed by a second AI pass against the same documents and case context. Divergences are flagged for human review.

Multi-vendor cross-validation live

Every findings-level inference is cross-validated across three independent frontier-model vendors at the API level. The orchestrator (tools/multi-vendor-engine.js) registers 5 event types in Knox; the appropriate subset emits per call: vendor_call_attempted + vendor_call_succeeded or vendor_call_failed per vendor, then multi_model_consensus_anchored on shadow convergence or divergence_detected on disagreement. When a shadow times out or errors, no consensus claim is made; the vendor_call_failed receipt is the public record. Receipts are readable at /api/blockchain/blocks. The three-vendor cross-validation architecture fires automatically on every findings-level inference; each call produces cryptographic Knox receipts verifiable on-chain.

Jurisdiction-specific statutes

Texas Trust Code, Estates Code, Business Organizations Code, and Property Code embedded. Extensible to all 50 states.

Document ingestion pipeline

PDF parsing, vision-based OCR, and LLM fallback. No document format fails to be read. SHA-256 hashed on ingest.

Professional triage

Identifies which human professionals are required, in what order, and prepares engagement-ready packets for each.

Knox — Live

Immutable audit trail

Every analytical event — document ingested, analysis performed, cross-validation pass, professional triage — is written to an append-only SHA-256 hash chain by construction. Tamper with one event, the chain breaks.

Case Studies

Validated against a full fiduciary-dispute corpus.

TrustAI's analytical engine is validated against a full trust-distribution dispute corpus spanning trust instruments, fiduciary accountings, tax filings, and multi-year communication records. The validation corpus is not published publicly.

Federal procurement officers, state agencies, and credentialed trust and estate litigation counsel may request access under a one-page mutual NDA.

Multi-vendor cross-validation live

The three-vendor cross-validation architecture runs end-to-end on the full validation corpus; convergence and divergence among the vendors are recorded as cross-validation receipts. The production path fires the same architecture on every findings-level inferencevendor_call_attempted, then per-vendor vendor_call_succeeded or vendor_call_failed, then multi_model_consensus_anchored on shadow convergence or divergence_detected on disagreement. Shadow timeouts produce a vendor_call_failed receipt and no consensus claim. Chain integrity is publicly readable at /api/blockchain/blocks and /api/blockchain/verify. Vision-extraction perception tasks remain single-vendor because cross-vendor PDF parity is incomplete.

On-chain from first write

Every document ingested, every finding recorded, every cross-validation pass, every professional-triage output — written to the Knox SHA-256 hash chain with hourly Merkle anchoring and Bitcoin-published proofs via OpenTimestamps. The audit trail is tamper-evident and externally verifiable without trusting the operator.

Federal Procurement

Built for audit

TrustAI is operated by Bonis Systems LLC, a Wyoming entity registered on SAM.gov (UEI R2BPJDC5CBA3). Compliance posture aligned with NIST SP 800-53 Rev 5, OMB Circular A-123, the Federal Records Act, and FISMA continuous monitoring. Engagement

Low profile by design

TrustAI is not a demo or a pitch deck. It is a working production system — the multi-vendor cross-validation path and Knox audit trail run on every inference, verifiable on-chain. Engagement inquiries — federal procurement officers, state AG offices, fiduciary oversight programs, attorneys, forensic CPAs, and trust litigation counsel — are welcomed directly.
