Connect QuickBooks

Import a trust's transactions for a period straight from QuickBooks Online into the fiduciary accounting — exact to the cent, reconciles or fails closed, just like the CSV path. Clear receipts and disbursements are classified; ambiguous types like journal entries and transfers are held for review, never guessed; accrual documents (invoices, bills) aren't imported — a cash-basis ledger uses the payments.

This one is different from the other tools. The client-side tools keep everything on your device. A QuickBooks connection is server-side by necessity — your transactions are read by TrustAI's server (over an encrypted connection) to import them. Tokens are stored encrypted and tied to your account; nothing is sold or shared. Prefer to keep it fully on-device? Use the CSV import instead (export from QuickBooks, paste it).
