Fiduciary Litigation

When trust money was mixed with other money — how much is still traceable?

Paste the account rows — deposits marked trust or personal, and the withdrawals — and get the ceiling the lowest-intermediate-balance arithmetic allows on the trust's traceable interest, measured at your claim date, with every step of the running balance shown and every figure exact to the cent. It computes the arithmetic courts commonly apply; it does not decide whether tracing is available in your case, which allocation method your court will use, or where the trace stops — those are your attorney's questions, and every result says so.

Private by design. This tool runs entirely in your browser. Your account rows are never uploaded, stored, or sent to a server.

The account rows

Columns: date, type (deposit/withdrawal), source (trust/personal — deposits only), amount, description. A deposit whose source you don't mark is held for review — the tool never guesses whose money it was.

The date the claim is measured as of. Leave blank and the ceiling is measured at the last row.

The trace

Enter the account rows above, then select Trace the account.
